Quality and environmental management policy

Company Almagea d.o.o. is a limited liability company founded on June 6, 2012, registered as Production of other food products, d.n. (Activity: 1089). It deals with the development, production and sale of nutritional supplements and regional distribution of pharmaceutical packaging. There are currently 10 employees.

Through the application of the quality management system according to the ISO 9001:2015 standard and the environment according to the ISO 14001:2015 standard, we need to achieve customer, company owner, employee and business partner satisfaction.

Management and employees within the framework of the quality and environmental management system have a permanent obligation to:

• meet the demands, needs and expectations of the customers
• meet legal regulations
• responsible management of total resources, especially natural resources
• protect the health and safety of people and prevent environmental pollution
• act according to the assigned responsibilities and established procedures, while constantly improving the efficiency of business processes, product quality and environmental management
• act preventively in terms of preventing incident situations and all non-conformities
• know, maintain and implement the quality and environmental management policy and keep it available to the public

The set tasks can only be achieved with the knowledge, expertise, experience and motivation of employees, and with constant concern for improving their education and monitoring technological development.

This quality and environmental management policy is a framework for setting quality and environmental protection objectives.

The management of Almagee has provided all the resources necessary to implement and meet the set goals of quality and environmental protection.
